2. בניגוד לנטען בסעיף 4 לכתב התביעה, הסכום שולם במלואו הסכום שולם במלואו ביום 12.3.2026, כעולה מאישור ההעברה הבנקאית המצורף כנספח ב'.
3. ההסכם בין הצדדים נחתם ביום 4.1.2026 (נספח א'), וסעיף 7 בו קובע מפורשות כי מועד התשלום האחרון יחול 60 יום ממועד המסירה.
